Rustic Travel Wedding Shoot

Wow, it's been a while! Between my busiest month of Pink Peach history and a major family move, I haven't had the chance to share some of the glorious weddings I've been a-witness-ing.

I collaborated with Kimberly of Chic Design Studios to deliver this rustic-travel shoot. I had really been wanting to do this exact cake and was looking for the right opportunity to make it. Kelly green is so very underrated in my opinion. To see more images from this impressive shoot, visit Rustic Wedding Chic.

AND! Look for a special package price on this exact "Rosette Cake" on my website.

Ballet Wedding Shoot/ Snippet and Ink

It takes a lot for me to blog two days straight. Well, I've got a lot to share. After several months of planning and waiting, we've got some ballet wedding images. Myself, my Yan, and my Sarah of Ea floral madness styled a faux wedding and enlisted the help of some of -the- -best- in the biz. If I had any inclination to dance, this would be the wedding I'd have planned for myself. Brides, if you are ballerinas, you CAN get away with busting out the leotard and leaping around your reception. No one can or should stop you.

I love the clarity and depth of Yan's photography. She is one of the most conscientious and skilled photographers I know.
Since the day of the shoot, I have been considering perming my hair to get it thick and bushy enough for a braid like this. You heard me, a perm. Flavia of Versa Artistry is a master at her craft. Her makeup and hair skills took our vision to a whole 'nother level.
Sarah's floral powers numb my mind. I could honestly eat some of her arrangements. She also is responsible for the entire table-scape. I LOVE the giant cornucopia of flowers in the bride's hair.

Leland of Rowley Press creates some of the most incredible wedding stationary. His subtle colors and wreath on this were so on point. Pun intended!  And I was floored by the wood grain in the invites. That pun was not intended.
I'm so grateful to the entire team who we collaborated with.  We should do it again real soon. See more of the shoot at Snippet and Ink today.

Hip Hip Hooray

HM's images of the Café Parté are featured on this truly wondrous children's party blog. I like every stage of partying. Planning, executing, remembering fondly...I left out cleaning. Anyway, I'm delighted when others can remember fondly with me! And maybe even try their hands at a Parté à la their own.

Southern Weddings

This is old, but sometimes I'm the last to know. I'm especially glad to be in a shoot featured on Southern Weddings because their favicon is a very pink peach.

Alta Moda Bridal Boutique

Hilary and Justin are dialed in to what is going on with weddings, particularly in the local scene. I got to freeze to death with them at the aforementioned shoot where they provided an astonishingly beautiful dress. These two conscientiously select designer gowns and accessories for their bridal boutique.
Hilary kindly featured Pink Peach Cakes on the Alta Moda Blog today. Stop over to keep up with the latest styles, vendors, you name it in the wedding industry.

Tutorial: Pie Pops

I guest posted on my girl Sierra's blog So Samson today with the Pie Pop tutorial. You're not going to believe how easy they are. Or maybe you will. You tell me.

Green Wedding Shoes

Remember Chelsea and Ben? Their sickety sick tight wedding is featured on Green Wedding Shoes and therefore so is the cake I made them. I'm pretty happy to be riding on their stylish coattails...not to mention Jon's of Jonathan Canlas Photography fame (his images below). Go over and read about the magical night in Chelsea's own words. Makes me want to get married all over again. Would people come a 2nd time? I wonder...

BRANCOPRATA

A very lovely Brazilian Portuguese blog has featured Pink Peach Cakes today. The curator, Sofia is kind and clever. Go over and brush up on your Portuguese and feast on good finds.
